If you are not satisfied with Briefelo Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans, including renewals.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or email us at mlbarsing@gmail.com and we will arrange it.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from "Manage subscription" on the Pricing page. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you paid for.
